Проф. Д-р Ирена Ашталкоска

Кратко наративно био:

Дипломира на Економскиот факултет во Скопје при Универзитетот “Св. Кирил и Методиј” на 13.01.2005 година, со што се стекнува со звање дипломиран економист од областа на менаџментот. На постдипломски студии на Економскиот факултет во Скопје на насоката менаџмент се запишува во учебната 2005/2006 година, каде предвидените испити од наставната програма ги положува со среден успех 9,22. Магистрира на 10.11.2009 година, со што се стекнува со звање магистер по економски науки од областа на менаџментот. Во Октомври 2011 година ја пријавува својата докторска дисертација на тема: “Улогата и значењето на процесот на управување со перформансите на вработените за зголемувањето на развојните потенцијали на организациите”. Докторира на 18.12.2013 година и се стекнува со звање доктор на економски науки. На Првиот приватен Универзитет ФОН работи од декември 2003 година. Во 2005 година е избрана за помлад асистент, а во 2010 година како асистент по група предмети од областа на економијата и менаџментот. Во февруари 2014 година е избрана за доцент на Факултетот за економски науки при ФОН Универзитот во Скопје по група предмети од областа на менаџментот. Во ноември 2018 година е избрана во звање вонреден професор на Факултетот за економски науки при ФОН Универзитот во Скопје, во научната област бизнис менаџмент и управување со перформанси. Акредитирана е за ментор на магистерски трудови и е ментор во изработка на повеќе дипломски, специјалистички и магистерски трудови, претседател и член на комисии за оцена и одбрана на истите. Исто така активно е вклучена и во неколку стручни комисии на Факултетот за економски науки. Претседател е на комисијата за самоевалуација. Предмети кои ги предава/ла:

Како наставник на ФОН Универзитетот Скопје изведува настава по повеќе предмети, и тоа: основи на менаџмент, менаџмент на мал бизнис, теорија на одлучување, менаџмент на човечки ресурси, менаџмент информациони системи, иновација и развој на нови производи и услуги, лидерство, менаџмент на промени, бренд менаџмент и управување со резултати.

Теми и области во кои менторира дипломски работи и магистерски трудови:

Во текот на своето работно искуство била ментор на повеќе теми од областа на менаџментот на човечки ресурси, лидерство, бренд менаџмент именаџмент на перформанси.

Истражувачки интерес:

Научно-истражувачкиот интерес претежно е насочен кон следните области: менаџмент, менаџментот на човечки ресурси, лидерство и менаџмент на перформанси.
